Description

Cat's Quiet Moment Art PrintFrom the doorway, the vertical reads clean. Up close, not polite that cat is reading the paper and not making eye contact. A bathroom with this on the wall stops being purely functional. It becomes the room with the joke in it, the one guests mention. The soft pink ground keeps everything calm; the painterly brushwork stops it tipping into twee. Best above the loo, beside a vanity mirror, or on the short wall of a downstairs cloakroom. It also works

The whole wall softens

while the calm blue background keeps the whole thing from getting loud

chrome or brushed steel

white tile and stoneware

This one has it — a calm face with a cat sitting flat on her head

Conversation drops half a notch without anyone noticing why

deep grey or warm black

It loves oat linen

Aged brass picks up the ochre in the petals

and a bit of dusty pink in the soft furnishings

brass and anything pub-adjacent

and even a plain kitchen reads like someone with taste lives there
