Description

Augusta National Golf Club Canvas PrintRooms go quieter when bright sky blue is this sure of itself. A painterly travel poster of Augusta National, with loose oil style brushwork pulling sky, water and fairway into one calm view. The room gets a clear focal point without going loud colour does the work, and the title bar at the foot keeps it feeling like a proper travel piece. Hang it over a desk, a console in the hallway, or a leather chair in the den. It sits well with oak and walnut

Portrait orientation makes it a natural fit for narrower walls between doorways or windows

Above a console or a slim sideboard is the sweet spot

warm timber and oatmeal linen

Keep it for the bold blue

Avoid stacking it next to another busy landscape or a bright travel poster

The canvas weave softens the dark ground and gives the foliage a tapestry-like depth

dry sense of humour — the sort of detail people notice once they've put their bag down

and it lifts a quiet kitchen wall without trying too hard

Looks especially good framed in oak or black to keep the typography crisp

soft cotton and stoneware in cream or sand

even in smaller rooms

Centre it at eye level and give it room either side
