Description

The Robert AdamThe Robert Adam fireplace pays graceful homage to the Neoclassical architect Robert Adam. Each detail has been meticulously hand crafted to honour the lightness and elegance typical of Adams designs, from the urn centric frieze flanked by gentle swags to the fluted columns. This design is a majestic statement piece, slightly less staggering than the Adam Corinthian fireplace, yet featuring more prominent pilasters than the Adam Classical fireplace.

unadorned mantel shelf and frieze are elevated by decorative egg-and-dart molding

with only the commanding Ionic scroll capitals and delicate acanthus leaf carvings to add decoration and a sense of history to the pilasters (the ‘flat’ columns)

making this a sophisticated focal point without overpowering any surrounding decor

Corinthian caps

with sturdy plinths to visually anchor the design in any living space

from the urn-centric frieze flanked by gentle swags to the fluted columns

with elegant veining to bring a refined sense of cosiness to any environment

This fireplace features a simple rectangular frame with vertical fluting on the side pilasters and a prominent mantel shelf

where recessed curves and projecting edges capture light and shadow for dramatic visual impact

This fireplace features elegantly fluted columns with distinctive corner blocking and prominent rosettes
