Description

The Botanical House Canvas PrintAt evening, the dark green botanical turns from nice idea to main character. Lamps come on, the cream flowers lift off the deep leaves, and the room finally has something to settle around. Up goes the print and the wall stops feeling flat. The cream peonies and chrysanthemums hold the eye; the dense green ground does the quiet work behind them. Rooms that felt a bit polite suddenly read considered. It works best in a study, snug or panelled hallway

the graphic shapes want a bit of breathing room

A room that felt a little quiet suddenly has somewhere to look

a neutral room finally has a focal point

and the room reads layered instead of staged

Even the linen in here starts looking expensive next to soft pink

Hang it at eye level above a console in the hallway

Hang it over a desk

The circles pull the eye in slow loops

The lines are fine

Hang it where you want a quiet wall to start a conversation: above a sideboard in the living room

or above a console where people pass it every day

A bright living room picks up the cream
