Description

Kew Gardens Waterlily House Poster Canvas PrintOnce the soft green enters, the whole room stops apologising. A hallway that used to feel like a corridor starts to feel like the way into a garden room. It brings in plant life without needing a single new pot. Walls feel cooler. Light feels more generous. The pink waterlilies do the lifting that a vase of flowers would, only they don't wilt by Thursday. Hang it eye level on a narrow wall, above a console, or as the end of hallway view. Tall enough

Pairs well with simple wood

What to pair with it: open shelving with stoneware

a little nostalgic

a couple of small boats — without taking over the wall

or as the first thing you see in an entryway

dark botanical wall of cream

glossy cabinets and pale wood

or behind a dining table where people actually gather

Mornings have a small character in them

the wall stops feeling like a blank pause and starts telling a small story — useful in rooms that need warmth without going loud

Hang it at eye level above a low dresser

and a few terracotta pots or simple ceramics
