Pumpkin and Half — Folk Kitchen Study Art PrintThere's a reason folk illustrators kept returning to the pumpkin; rooms still respond. Painted in bright orange on warm cream, with a sliced half showing a little flower of seeds, this is a small piece of seasonal cheer that doesn't take itself seriously. Put it on a kitchen wall and the room lifts. Cream cabinets stop feeling flat, wood worktops warm up, and the orange ties together anything terracotta or brass already in the space. It's at its best

Two grey jays sit among autumn oak leaves

making your style feel intentional and unique

Goes with painted timber

and the deep green hills add weight without making things heavy

sharpens a quiet room

the room shifts from background to something that feels looked after

and a little sunlight

linen and a few real plants nearby

Imagine adding a touch of whimsy to your space with this vibrant art piece

The wrapped canvas keeps the edges clean and quiet

or in a child's bedroom where the colours can do their work

It's a gentle travel scene
