Lisbon Tram in the Square Art PrintAt mid morning, the cityscape turns from nice idea to main character. The yellow tram pulls the eye straight to it, and the pink, blue and cream townhouses do the rest. The room reads warmer, friendlier and a little more well travelled without anyone needing to point at it. Best on a quieter wall where the colour can do the talking: a hallway, a sunny kitchen corner, a kids' room or a study above the desk. Pairs nicely with pale oak, painted wood,

Hang it at eye level on a chalky off-white or pale plaster wall

Hang it where you walk past it daily — between two doorways

One garden in the room is enough

then settles into the foliage

Put this up and the wall stops being background

What to avoid: don't crowd it with other busy patterns or another statement piece on the same wall

A white beach chair

but with weight behind it

navy and soft cream

or a desk that needs waking up

Perfect for adding a calming vibe to your bedroom

Suddenly your headboard looks considered
