Description

Bauhaus Purple Geometry 1923 Canvas PrintHere's the trick: let the geometric shapes cut through all that plaster. This is a Bauhaus inspired exhibition poster in deep purple and bright violet, with stacked half circles and discs lined up like clockwork. Hang it and a quiet room gains a clear point of focus the eye lands on it first and the rest of the room reads calmer for it. Works above a desk, a sideboard or a slim console in a study, hallway or creative corner. Pair it with black metal,

linen tea towels and stoneware mugs

Skip busy gallery walls beside it — this one wants room to breathe

Four chunky lemons sit half-on

rattan and white linen close by

or on the wall behind a dining table

The tram glides into the room and brings a quiet city moment with it — soft windows

What changes on the wall: a quiet room gets a clear focal point without going loud

and a worn leather armchair

a low dresser or a reading nook chair

the figurative illustration stops looking decorative and starts working

and the painted brushwork keeps everything feeling hand-made rather than printed

Keep nearby surfaces simple — a single jug of foliage
