Description

Amherst - Sangiovese 2022 750ml"This is the second release of Sangiovese. The fruit was wild yeast fermented and left on skins for 2 weeks before being basket pressed and left to settle in tank for 15 months. It was then bottled without fining or filtration. It has not seen any oak and is a light, bright and juicy style bursting with cherry and raspberry characters." Amherst Style Variety: Sangiovese Region: Pyrenees, VIC ABV: 13. 0% Vol: 750ml

"This Fruited Sour blends peach

time to kick back with an afternoon beer - possibly the best beer of them all

you-re first greeted by a burst of starfruit

attractive mineral notes and lovely lemony acidity

smooth and lingering

naturally soured by the microorganisms present on the raw spelt and completed by the aromatic complexity of whole hop flowers from the Derwent Valley

Brewmaster

"Blurred T is a tart saison aged in oak barrels with tons of crushed and de-stemmed Tempranillo grapes

granite-ridden site in the Strathbogie Ranges

A smooth base of soft soft malty goodness underpins the beautifully blissful fruit avalanche

A formidable double IPA
