Description

Celebrate A Simple Life Art PrintBy late afternoon, the typography stops looking decorative and starts working. The words settle into the wall and the room feels a little quieter, a little more deliberate. It gives a calm corner something to hold onto without adding colour or clutter. Hang it in a hallway, above a reading chair, or at the end of a bed where the eye lands first thing in the morning. It pairs well with pale oak, linen, black metal lighting and soft stoneware. Keep

linen and off-white plaster instead of pulling the room into nursery territory

or in a bedroom where you want something gentle to wake up to

a changing unit or a reading nook with a small chair and lamp

brass and warm terracotta accents — the print leans warm

where the strolling figures meet the eye naturally

so the rest of your decor can stay calm

First glance: soft sage green

so it likes oak shelves

Keep the surrounding wall calm — busy florals or competing quotes will rob it of the joke

lemon trees and all

and a calm room feels a little more storybook for it
