Description

Il Dolce Far Niente Calabria Canvas Print'Too safe,' said nobody standing in front of warm orange citrus and washed blue sea. The Calabrian coastline does the heavy lifting; you just have to find a wall worth its time. It puts a piece of southern Italy into a room that's otherwise too tidy colour, sunshine and a bit of holiday in your peripheral vision. Hang it where people pause: a kitchen wall, a hallway you pass twice a day, or a dining nook that needs livening up. It pairs well with pale

A neutral room gets a backbone without needing a fresh paint job

This earthy boho study leans on three honest tones — warm clay

Hang this where the warm afternoon light hits and the orange sharpens

It belongs in the kitchen — above a small console

Other travel sketches in the same loose hand sit beside it well

You need one abstract sunburst with teeth

and the empty space at the bottom keeps everything breathing

rattan and stoneware in bright glazes

warm sandstone and soft cream

or as the anchor of a modern living room

and the wall has something to say without shouting
