Description

Water Lilies by Claude Monet Canvas PrintFrom the doorway, the loose brushwork reads clean. Up close, not polite. Lily pads break into thick dabs of green, pink buds sit on the water, and the blue surface is anything but flat. Hang it and a quiet room slows down. The blues cool the wall without going cold, the green keeps things alive, and the pink picks up anything soft in the room a cushion, a throw, a vase of stems. Works above a sofa, a low sideboard, or at the end of a bed. Best at eye
