Description

Portofino Harbour Illustration Canvas PrintSeen beside linen, the harbour scene loses nostalgia and gains grit. The loose marker pen lines and bright blue water start to look less like a souvenir and more like something a friend brought back from a long, slow holiday. Put it up and the room shifts towards holiday mood without going full postcard. The blues lift a quiet wall, the terracotta rooftops warm it back up, and the handwritten 'Portofino, Italy' caption keeps the whole thing feeling

an entryway or above a small console in the hallway — anywhere you walk past every day and want a small lift

cream and warm brown sit on a deep green ground

a pale pink throw

A quiet kitchen or dining wall stops being polite

suns and Arts and Crafts botanicals

Hang them up and the room gets a smile

and a quiet joke underneath

so it sits happily next to walnut

Let the painting be the loudest thing

and the blue text adds a quiet bit of contrast that pulls everything together

Hang it where daylight reaches: above a console in the hallway

Don't crowd it with other busy art or pastels — it wants to be the loudest thing on the wall
