Neoregelia 'Java Plum' x 'Babe'Neoregelia 'Java Plum' x 'Babe' is a beautiful mini or small growing Neoregelia. It has mid to dark green leaves with big splotches of dark purple. It has nice lilac flowers. A perfect little pot plant, ideal for terrariums also. Single offsets. Grown in the UK.

Tillandsia punctulata grows as an epiphyte in Mexico and Central America

It grows on rocks and on trees and so in cultivation lends itself to being potted or mounted

It colours up nicely and has those little red finger nails

it has a very interesting shape with a bulbous base and curving leaves

Slightly larger than 'Fireball'

branched and very impressive

each new plant growing from the leaf axial of another

the size that of 'Fireball'

misted regularly and with good air-movement

I have single plants and some very nice little clumps available

The flower spike is globose

If given enough sun/bright light the leaves turn a fantastic pink color
