Description

Positano Steps to the Sea Canvas PrintEven the plaster in here starts looking expensive next to that wedge of deep blue sea. A loose ink and watercolour sketch of a Positano lane brings the whole holiday feeling home without trying too hard. Walls feel sunnier. Cream paint reads warmer. A plain tiled floor suddenly looks intentional. Hang it in a kitchen, an entryway, or a bright living room where the morning sun lands. Pair it with linen, terracotta pots, cane chairs, a stack of ceramics

Hung above a loo or a basin

The pink proteas pull the eye upward through the composition

Hang it and the whole room warms up by a few degrees

and the room feels a bit more like it belongs to someone who travels

Hang it in a hallway that needs a lift

Skip anything that fights for attention — no busy patterned wallpaper

Pair with rose or coral linen

small flowers and a quiet symmetry that pulls the whole wall together

navy and olive green — the kind of thing that makes a kitchen wall feel considered rather than decorated
