Rome Flower Market Poster Canvas PrintThis isn't wall filler. It's soft pink with a point of view. A Matisse inspired flower market scene, painted loose and warm, with dark green shutters and buckets of orange, yellow and pale pink blooms. Put it up and the room warms up. Pink walls feel less flat, white walls stop feeling clinical, and a tired corner suddenly has a holiday in it. The colour does the work without shouting. It hangs best in kitchens, hallways, breakfast nooks and bright

Printed on premium fine-art paper for clean blacks and a smooth sage backdrop

or as a single anchor in a hallway that needs a lift

pewter and aged cream walls all play nicely

Skip anything too polished or too modern — chrome

or a bright living room — anywhere with a clean wall that needs a focal point

really — the colours lift in the morning

where a busier image would feel cramped

Put it somewhere people sit and look — above a sofa

Hang at eye level if it stands alone

a child's room

with the option to frame in real wood

shutters thrown open
