Little Marie by Modigliani Art PrintWith a portrait, scale decides whether the study wakes up. Modigliani's Little Marie carries a quiet, watchful presence a child in deep navy set against a warm brown wall and the right size turns that into a focal point rather than a footnote. Hang it above a writing desk, a small console in a hallway, or beside a reading chair where you'll meet her eye. She pairs naturally with walnut, aged leather, linen, brass and warm plaster walls. Works well against off-white

We like floral patterns best when they come with a little abrasion

yellow ceramics and woven baskets

dining room or home bar without the clutter of a real drinks trolley

Feel the heartbeat of your home with this captivating illustration

Two white poodles sit either side of a blue and orange floral vase

a soft rug and one or two warm pink touches — let the print be the loud one

A small bedsheet ghost stands quietly in a field of violet flowers

with two small orange suns anchoring opposite corners

The scene is small

Keep it away from very formal

one quiet botanical or a plain framed mirror nearby is enough
