Description

Trois Dames - Foret Noire Kirch Dark Sour 750ml"While dark and rich, this beer is also bright and tart. The addition of cherries lends fruit notes and our own mixed culture use for the fermentation of this beer brings funk. La Foret Noire is artfully crafted in our own Swiss Chalet and bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces."
