Amherst - Lachlan's Chardonnay 2023 750ml"This chardonnay is has been made to showcase the wonderful complexity and depth of character of my favourite white wine variety. It has been wild yeast fermented and then left on yeast lees for 6 months with 10% malo lactic fermentation on 10% new French oak. The resulting wine has delicate grapefruit and nectarine on the nose along with some nutty complexity. These flow onto the palate along with the honeysuckle MLF characters while still

fermented with our house brett culture
