Description

Irises by Vincent van Gogh Canvas PrintNo, the deep blue doesn't soften the room. It defines it. This iris garden brings a real punch of colour saturated blue against fresh green and a warm red brown earth, with one pale bloom catching the eye on the left. Put it on the wall and the room shifts. Other colours read clearer, plain walls feel deliberate rather than blank, and the eye keeps finding its way back to that single white iris. Works above a sofa, behind a dining table, or anchoring

Put it on the wall and the room gets a focal point that does the heavy lifting

smoked glassware and a bit of brass

surrounded by hazy green and soft pink brushwork that feels painted rather than drawn

What changes when it goes up: the room warms up by a notch

Don't crowd it with other strong patterns — let the sprigging be the busiest thing on the wall

white linen and a leafy houseplant or two

or at eye level on a short hallway wall near the kitchen

friendly animals and little hills

Skip it if you want a calm

Brass switches and lamps lift the green nicely

Hang it where a room could do with a softer pace — above a bed

Hang it where you actually sit: above a low sofa or a linen-skirted bench
