Landon Café Street Scene Canvas PrintFirst glance: hot pink. Second glance: the cafe scene doing something smarter. Layered plants, a tipped over bicycle and a striped awning all pull the eye through the picture before you've even registered the colours. Hang it where a room needs waking up. It does brilliant work in a hallway, a kitchen, or above a sideboard in a playful living room, and it earns its keep over a desk that needs less seriousness. Pair with painted timber, rattan,

the kind of piece that turns a quiet wall into a moment

a dining room or a hallway leading into either

a low pavilion and tall pines

Its bold blues and lush greens pop against neutral walls

Don't crowd it with other bold prints — this one wants to be the loudest thing on the wall

a small dining sideboard

What pairs with it: pale oak

Hang it on a clear wall above the toaster

It softens hard modern furniture and gives a plain white wall something to settle around

family kitchen

they fight the open white space the drawing relies on

the room feels a touch lighter
