Description

Rocky Ridge - Flaming Dragon TDH Cali IPA"This IPA hits you immediately with a tropical fruit punch and a dank undercurrent of pine and berry. The hop bill is next level, running, Rakau, Simcoe Cryo and Dynaboost plus Manilita hops from Freestyle. All layered with precision to bring bound thiols into the spotlight. Our secret weapon? SH 45 yeast from Fermentis. A lager strain that loves to release those bound thiols lurking in the hops, giving the tropical notes extra punch and clarity."
