Description

One Drop - City Limits DDH Cali IPA"City Limits is a new Cali IPA inspired by the easy drinking, hop forward beers we enjoyed on the West Coast of the US. Weve made a super simple change by using just extra pale pilsner malt, Citra and Krush two of our favourite hops right now and a plain Joe yeast strain. This unobstructed approach allows the hops to pop right off and express themselves while keeping it easy and super breezy to drink. Bright beer, tight hops, forever sippable. Slip

"The night harvest allows you to obtain this pretty pale color

" - Reyneke

Original both for its mouth which is at once fresh

There are no yeast esters here whatsoever and a malt character of near zero – this is the most direct experience of these hops we can deliver

" - Veuve Fourny & Fils

nuts and fresh bread

" - Dechutes

a tasting of this beer will lead you through a dreamscape of malt and hops that will have you wishing for more

"Palate: Sweet fruit characters with a creamy mouthfeel and a great length of flavour

We craft it using a selection of botanicals
