Salt & Pepper Diamond Sandcast Silver Ring UK Size PThis chunky textured silver ring is made using the technique of sand casting and is set with a salt and pepper diamond. A hand carved wax ring is used to create an imprint using a two part mould filled with specialist sand, extra sand from a beach in Seamill on the West coast of Scotland is added to help create the rough texture & molten silver is poured into the cavity left behind. The silver is then removed, refined & smoothed to create a ring which

4mm wide with a matt finish on the outside of the ring and a contrasting polished finish on the inside

overall drop is approx 38mm

Hallmarked as silver from Edinburgh assay office

which can be worn alone as a delicate pendant or layered up with other necklaces to create your own style

The pendant is approx 10mm and the studs are approx 10mm

A beautiful pink tourmaline gemstone complemented by a 9ct gold bezel setting on a textured silver band which is approx 6mm wide

5mm wide however it has an undulating organic form so has areas which are slightly thicker or thinner
