Description

Whistler - Back To Basics Skin Contact White 750ml"Winemaking The gentle extraction of phenolic molecules (tannins, aroma and colour) occurs by treating these white grapes like a red wine which in this case meant 11 days on skins. It brings complexity and mouthfeel that is both enticing and refreshing by bringing the gentle acidity to the forefront. This wine spent 2 months in neutral French oak. Enjoy this wine chilled but not ice cold as itll hide all the flavors and aromas, we worked so hard to

no frills—just pure

this single malt is characterised by rich fruits

with peach underneath and a lemony lift

thereby preserving the finer fruit characters

We’ve teamed up with Bottle Logic

and fruit flavours of blackberry

"A carefully selected arrangement of late-addition hops produce a pure citrus punch

tart apple blend with exquisitely aromatic lime and lemon oil against a backdrop of cool slate and the merest echo of freshly toasted white bread and slight smoke

The addition of honey creates a creamy mouthfeel that balances the medley of spices

So rather than use all of that brilliant motivation and mileage to do the sensible thing and just upgrade

adding to the generosity on the mid-palate

it distributes velvety
