Stripes SevenMixed media on watercolor paper 5" x 5" image (10" x 10" double matted and framed behind glass) Creating this series of twelve stripe paintings was a pure delight. Inspired by a childlike approach, each piece bursts with playful color combinations. I reveled in layering translucent hues, watching them blend and dance, whispering secrets of new shades. Simple doodles of dots, lines, and whimsy add a touch of charm to each canvas. Their compact size
