Description

Kandinsky Gris Canvas PrintSomewhere between Kandinsky and Bauhaus geometry, this abstract refuses to behave. Triangles, stripes and a single floating circle sit on a deep rust ground, edged in soft cream. The room around it picks up momentum: walls feel warmer, furniture looks more considered, the corner you usually ignore starts pulling its weight. Hang it above a writing desk, a console in the hallway, or on a study feature wall where it can be looked at properly. Pairs well

café-morning feel to a quiet wall — pastel townhouses

without tipping into kitsch

Avoid heavy gilded frames

it sits comfortably as the main thing on the wall

Small ceramics in the same purple-pink family will tie the whole thing together

The letters carry an inky

or a small dining table where it can hold the wall on its own

Presented as a fine art print on thick archival paper

Hang it where you eat breakfast or where you make coffee — above a small console

It hangs best above a console

or if you want a quiet

The red lenses then push the room a step further
