Brown SugarTHIS RUG'S STORY: Just like DeAngelo said, I want some Brown Sugar! This vintage rug definitely lasted longer than the R&B singers career! (#ouch) It features a brown base with diamonds in various light colors. I love the fade and pattern on this piece. The consistent, symmetric design isn't something you see very often in the Moroccan rug world, so I had to have this one in my collection. I hand selected this in Morocco back in the spring of 2018.

They are woven in the Middle Atlas mountain region in Morocco

The Berber women often would weave these symbols into the rugs to tell a story or place significance on specific traditions

so this rug is a really interesting one

CONDITION: Very Good (has small stain that was unable to be removed during cleaning)

Blushing babe has a warm ivory base with details in brown

COLORS/MATERIALS: bold purple base with gold and cream detailing and hints of blue and green

this one could work in practically any space

SIZE: 82" x 119" (not including tassels)

From the Moroccan girls name meaning "joy" and "cheerfulness"
