Spring Bay Apera Cask Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky 700ml (ABV 46%)This Single Malt Whisky is made from premium Tasmanian barley and locally sourced rainwater. Matured in Apera cask. Nose Caramel & raisins on the nose with lifted floral notes. Palate Caramel and dried fruit sweetness with some white pepper savory hints. Finish A delicious long and warming finish, which is indicative of some very fine wood.
