Description

Mezcal Alipus San Juan (750ml)Alipus San Juan del Rio is crafted with agave Espadin. The company works with Joel Antonio Cruz and his younger cousin Rodolfo Juan Juarez, who took over distillation a few years ago. Its unique flavor is due to the reddish and white soils where the agave is grown and its prolonged fermentation process, giving this mezcal a mineral and chalky taste.
