The Canberra Distillery Summer Gin (500mL)The Canberra Distillery was founded by Tim Reardon in 2015. Not unexpectedly from a Canberran, Tim was formerly a political analyst. However, his true passion was in creating fine spirits. This obsession is clear, with over 15 high quality and utterly unique products coming out of this tiny distillery. The Summer Gin is no different, being a very fresh and fruity take with native Strawberry Gum as the predominant flavour.
