Description

Pierre Gerbais, Champagne Grains de Celles Extra Brut, Celles-sur-Ource, Champagne, France NVThis Grains de Celles cuve is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Blanc and 25% Chardonnay from a selection of the estates greatest sites which are mostly planted in the same Kimmeridgian soils of marl and limestone that one finds in Chablis and Sancerre. It was aged in bottle for 3 years before disgorgement with 3 grams per liter dosage, making it an Extra Brut. It is a lovely, delicious wine with a nice creamy texture and a great expression of all

this little blonde has sherbet flavors mingling with coriander seed and a light touch of toasted cardamom

reinforced terraces

whose mother Marcelle had been bequeathed the property of Château Simian

a trained enologist

It is light

but in their youth they show elegant berry and earth perfume

Complexities continue to develop long after each sip

and other proprietary methods passed down for seven generations

Launched in 1882

it displays a fruity bouquet with aromas of green apple and pink grapefruit

Founded in 1930 by Gaston Hochar

Frisk's Prickly Riesling contains low alcohol to support its light body — only 10% ABV
