This single malt whisky was distilled in 1997 at the Glen Keith distillery on before being placed Bourbon Hogshead barrels and left to mature for 24 years

Xaymaca Special Dry is a blend of rums distilled in the old John Dore pot still at Long Pond and the Vendome at Clarendon
