Cuvée Des Etourneaux 2023An easy drinking wine blending Gamay de Chaudenay and Gamay Jus Blanc, with lovely peppery notes and a distinctive stony minerality. The vines, planted between 2008 and 2010, yield 40 hl ha, producing a wine that is both approachable and layered. Hand harvested, destemmed, and gently pressed, this wine is aged for 30 months in old barrels followed by one year in bottle, with no fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
