JACOBS CREEK PETIT ROSE 75CLA fresh and delicate Ros showcasing a modern Australian approach and premium fruit from selected blocks of Pinot Noir, Grenache and Mataro. The fruit was gently and oxidatively handled to mimic French vinification then individual parcels were fermented cold to lock in the delicate aromas expressed by each grape variety.
