Pear Tree Pinot Noir (12)Hand harvested from 20 year Pinot Noir vines. Mixed clones of 667, 777, 10 5 115 and 114. This fruit was full and rich and fantastic. Each clone fermented separately in small open top fermenters. Hand plunged 4 times a day, giving deep colour as well as full flavour. 11 months of aging in a mixture new and seasoned French oak. Full malolactic fermentation resulting in a full and complex wine.
