Description

Lamb BackstrapThe eye of the loin. Very tender, very versatile. Can be marinated, stir fried, fried, even sliced thinly and served as tartare if you are edgy enough! Our lambs are truly grassfed; no grain, no supplements, no chemicals ever. They are grown longer and slower than the typical resulting in marbled, richly flavoured lamb.

Shelf stable so keep it close by and use liberally

If you do not have a favourite steak yet

no rubbish

This is the pack for you

highly adaptable

The pork itself is the single most important ingredient in any ham and bacon and all of ours comes from our pastured pigs

A classic from North Africa
