Description

Cold/Hot Compression SleeveRepetitive motion activities of the arm can cause inflammation to the elbow area if you suffer from tennis elbow or golfer's elbow. Compression and ice to the area is a great way to relieve the pain after your activity. Use hot therapy before Fiix Elbow Robot treatments to warm up the elbow area and increase blood flow. Promotion of blood flow is great before activities. The hot therapy will last about 15 minutes. How to measure: Bend elbow to 90

The Fiix Body team of Physical Therapists designed the Ultimate Tennis Elbow and Golfer's Elbow Brace to help manage the load on your tendon during an activity

We developed the Tendon Strength Handle to improve the performance of the strength exercises that traditionally require a dumbbell and a hammer

When it's time to include strength therapy sessions you want to make sure you don't go to heavy at the beginning

The goal of an Elbow Brace is to apply tension and compression to the tendon to help reduce the stress where it attaches to the bone

Tendon Strength Handle

Having constant tension while performing strength exercises helps speed up recovery and increases your strength

The Tendon Strength Handle allows for variable intensity so you can start off light and increase the tension as you progress through the therapy

you are charged $299

Icon for placement - we added an icon to the Better Elbow Brace that you place right over the tendon on the outside of the elbow (tennis elbow) or the inside (golfer's elbow) just below the boney prominence
