Gabricks Pork RubThis is a Paprika free, BBQ Pork Rub seasoning that lends a Central Texas style flavor in every bite. When we cook big meats on our smoker, like a pork butt, we are after a bold, savory bite with a killer bark that has the perfect saltiness, the correct ratio of 16 mesh pepper, a hint of garlic with the ability to caramelize the fats on the meat so that it forms an irresistible bark.

This dry rub seasoning is absolutely and only for chicken and pork
