Captain Morgan Spiced Rum 750mlAVAILABLE FOR IN STORE PICK UP OR TO SHIP WITHIN CALIFORNIA Producer: Captain MorganCategory: Rum Attributes: Spiced Rum "Super mixable, straight up sipable, and now made even better with real Madagascar vanilla, Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum delivers a delicate sweetness with a round smooth mouth feel. A perfect blend of Caribbean rum, real Madagascar vanilla, natural flavors and spice, with notes of cinnamon, clove, dried fruit, caramelized

the noticeable presence of the fruit leaves an astonishing body and a crisp dryness

Producer: Domaine de la Grange des Pères

An elegant perlage and fresh acidity provide the backdrop

This zero-zero experimental cuvée is vinified with native yeasts and no added sulfur or manipulation

It goes just as well with red meat (baked or grilled) as with Italian dishes or with a good tarte flambée

one barrel at a time

Finish: Warm rounded spice

"On the palate the wine opens with some lively orange zest and finishes with subtle hints of minerality

Aged 6 years in charred new American oak barrels

and light fruit salad

Flavors combine the aforementioned stone fruits plus a layer of zesty grapefruit

It is not that I prefer one facet of the wine's personality over the other
