Description

2022 Vincent Cuillier Fusion Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature Champagne [V95]Producer: Vincent Cuillier Region: Champagne, France Blend: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier Year: 2022 Vinous, 95 Points "A new wine in this range, the 2022 Brut Nature Blanc de Noirs Fusion is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Meunier. Rich, ample and layered in the glass, the 2022 is so impressive. Dried pear, crushed flowers, spice, ginger and dried herbs all build as the 2022 gradually unfurls in the glass. Readers will find a Champagne of real breadth

A burst of dark red cherry

with a mouthwatering iron hint

and an earthy-leathery minerality—giving it an untamed sort of burliness until it is tempered with more bottle aging

It is Vittoria and the Iblei mountains

with flavors of lime and soursop

currants and a touch of black pepper come with firm tannins and a hearty

all the while still carrying the fruit flavor

"Olla Rouge is Tom Lubbe's red entry-level cuvée

with commendable weight and a judicious touch of white pepper towards the finish

soft juiciness

while also having fine textured fruit

this bourbon offers a rich sweetness complemented by just the right touch of spice
