Description

Cullen Cabernet Sauvignon MerlotBouquet of mulberry, cherry, vanillin, rose, violets and chocolate. Creamy chocolate vanilla and cherry with a beautiful fresh tannin finish. All these beautiful fruit tones, singing on the tongue, making you grab the glass again to experience the silky, clean, fresh, vibrant, personality of the 2022 cabernet sauvignon merlot. Delicious! Winemaker Notes

The Roc Breïa Pinot Noir vines are a touch younger than the Chardonnay vines and were planted between 1970 and 1985

This medium to full-bodied effort is densely concentrated

This is intense and piercing

and the sweetness shows a little on the finish at the moment even if it is perfectly balanced

A vibrant and pure palate reveals lemon

The finish is more herbaceous than before

Vinification and the first aging period are in oak casks

The wine was aged in 500 and 2

That represents a fairly dramatic shift in philosophy at Dom Pérignon
