Description

MWC Mk III Stainless Steel 1950's Pattern 100m Water Resistant Automatic Military Watch with Sapphire Crystal (Unbranded Variant)SKU Code: MKIIIAUSSST MY This MKIII variant features an unbranded dial, a popular request among many MWC clients. The MKIII automatic is a modern recreation of the classic 1950s NATO specification watches, originally made under the UK Ministry of Defence reference 6B 346 Mk XI. While it retains the vintage style of the 1950s, it incorporates modern technology for improved accuracy, using a Miyota 21 jewel, 21,600 bph automatic movement with up to a 40

which was specified in a procurement contract because it is far easier to grip with gloves or cold hands

offering a simpler and more straightforward wearing experience

the watch provides a clear indication of the time in another time zone

and affordable — the easiest way to fix a magnetised mechanical watch

Easy to Read: The large dial size ensures the watch is very easy to read

so its functionality is more limited for that specific purpose

Crown: Screw-down Locking

many customers seek a simple solution that avoids the complexities of a dedicated GMT watch

The final image shows one of the original watches from 1968

At its core is the proven 24-jewel Seiko NH35A automatic movement

Water Resistance: 500m (1

The dial features a radioactive tritium symbol
