Description

2021 Ramon Bilbao Crianza [V90]Producer: Ramon Bilbao Region: Rioja, Spain Varietal: Tempranillo Year: 2021 Vinous, 90 Points "The 2020 Crianza is 100% Tempranillo sourced from Rioja. Aged for 14 months in American oak barrels, this garnet wine offers sour cherry and herbal notes layered with a subtle vanilla note. Dry and supple on the palate, the lightly gripped mouthfeel lingers with a fruity note." Winemaker Notes: "An upgrade on a classic, aged in American oak barrels. Fresh,

delivering both quantity and quality like 2022 before it

this is built in a classic Cabernet style that showcases the hallmark currant and black raspberry perfume of Cabernet along with some signature peppercorn and cedar

and natural lactic acid bacteria to promote the secondary or malo-lactic fermentation

with a hint of walnut skin on the long finish

to lend a modern twist to the flavor of the expression

aromatic wine with aromas of peaches

it is floral and savory with only a hint of cherry fruit

Real presence to this

red cherries and mint with touches of mushroom and mossy bark

Torre and Perrone

"The 2021 Syrah (California) is outrageous
