Description

Fabric Silk Purse with Antique French Ribbonwork Trim | Mirror BaseDating to the very early 1900s, may I offer this stunning French Silk Taffeta evening drawstring purse. With gold trim over a striped French Blue silk taffeta, the main focal point of the reticule is the French ribbon garland in pale pastel coloring with green trim. The ribbon is found on both sides of the purse and is simply the most beautiful SMALL garland I have ever seen. The purse is built over the bottom mirror which sadly has broken in half

Silver colored lace decorates the top section of the holder and French ribbonwork further embellishes the piece
